    • The promotional period for this offer begins on [Start Date] and ends on [End Date]. Peakstones reserves the right to alter or extend the promotional period at its discretion.
    • Clients who qualify for this offer will receive three (3) months of fully managed lettings management service from Peakstones at no cost. This includes tenant placement, contract management, property maintenance, and related services.
    • The three (3) months of free service will commence on the date the client’s property is actively listed for lettings management with Peakstones.
    • Clients must commit to a 12-month contract for Peakstones’ fully managed lettings management service to redeem this offer.
      After the free three (3) months, clients will continue their 12-month contract with Peakstones’ lettings management service at the standard rates and terms.
